ran288 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges—these are outside ran288's control and are your responsibility.
To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before withdrawal. This requirement prevents ran288 from being used as a money transfer service. Sports bets must settle before associated funds can be withdrawn. ran288 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank may apply receiving fees or currency conversion charges—these are outside our control. Most Indonesian banks do not charge for domestic IDR transfers.
ran288 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, especially for large amounts (over Rp 10,000,000) or if we detect unusual account activity. This may include requesting proof of income, source of funds, additional identity documents, or a video verification call.
In the event of technical errors, obvious mistakes in odds, or other exceptional circumstances, ran288 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes. If a voided bet affects your withdrawal request, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

While we strive for 99.8% uptime, ran288 is not liable for any interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will not compensate for losses incurred during service outages unless caused by our gross negligence.
ran288's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Games, live streams, and content provided by third-party providers (game studios, sports data feeds, etc.) are the responsibility of those providers. ran288 is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or inaccuracies in third-party content.
You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions, losses, and compliance with applicable laws. ran288 does not provide gambling advice, investment advice, or legal advice. Gambling involves risk—you may lose money. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ran288, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
ran288 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, withdraw your remaining balance (subject to rollover requirements). Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in exceptional circumstances and at ran288's discretion.
Upon account termination, you must immediately cease using ran288 services. If your account is terminated for cause (violation of terms), ran288 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. If terminated without cause, your balance will be refunded after deducting any owed amounts.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be considered dormant. Dormant accounts with balances below Rp 50,000 may be closed and funds forfeited after 24 months of inactivity. We will attempt to contact you via email before closing dormant accounts.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ran288 is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you have a dispute with ran288, you must first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If informal resolution fails, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body specified in our licensing jurisdiction. Arbitration decisions are final and binding. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Any claim or dispute must be brought within 180 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims not brought within this period are permanently barred.
